HOW TO USE RMTC TROUBLE REPORTING PROGRAM

At RMTC we utilize several forms of reporting. All customers can dial 4037624441 when menu answers you can listen to message which explains how to leave a message by pressing the # key to skip message and leave a voice message which should contain users name, company telephone number for contact and the trouble, add, move or change. If this is an urgent trouble or issue then please at the end of the message press #701 and it will be delivered to our on call technician immediately and we will be dispatched or a call back within 30 minutes.
We have also implemented an email reporting program where as if the trouble , install or add, move, change you can use the link on the website or email at voice@rmtel.com explaining the situation.
