    LABOR RATES

    Labor Rates as  Per Non Maintenance Contract Customers

    Definition: Customers that have not signed or have in possession a valid/active/signed Rocky Mountain Telecom MES (Maintenance Equipment Schedule) Contract for there PBX, Wireless Internet, switch actives,  security equipment  or LAN cabling or fiber infrastructure shall be charged as a Non maintenance contract rate.

    Hourly Rates Week days Monday Through Friday  8 am to 5 pm---------$98.50 per hour minimum one hour

    Overtime Hourly Rates Weekends and Holidays before 8 am and after 5 pm is Time and one half--$147.75 per hour minimum one hour.

    Week Rate for Remote access solutions whether it be through telnet, dialup, vpn, or verbal directions to correct an issue, a remote access charge will be levied of $49.25.

    OT Rate for Remote access solutions whether it be through telnet, dialup, vpn, or verbal directions to correct an issue, a remote access charge will be levied of $73.87

    Troubles that are tested to be external of associated equipment described in original trouble report shall be invoiced accordingly, if trouble is proven to be external of subscriber equipment for example the problem is proven into  a Shaw Network or a Telus network a fee for trouble reporting and coordinating til problem is resolved will be implemented by a charge of $36.00. Which includes dealing with Telus solutions and 611 repair to resolve issue.

    Labor Rates as per Maintenance Contract Customers

    Definition:Customers that are currently in possession of a active/valid/signed Rocky Mountain Telecom MES (Maintenance Equipment Schedule) Contract for there PBX, wireless Internet, switch actives, security equipment, or LAN cabling or fiber infrastructure shall be charged as a Maintenance Contract rate. All RMTC contracts shall be designed as a 7 X 24 contract and will be subjected to the customized package designed by customer under RMTC guidance. Any work over and above contractual obligations shall be charged out as follows.

    Hourly Rates Week days Monday Through Friday 8 am to 5 pm---------$87.00 per hour charged out in 30 minute increments. Minimum of 30 minutes.

    Overtime Hourly Rates Weekends and Holidays before 8 am and after 5 pm is Time and one half--$130.50 per hour minimum of one hour.

    RMT MES contracts do include all interactions, upgrades and trouble resolution involving interaction with Telus and other service providers.

    All above information is gievn out to the veiwers as a guideline for the majority of contracts and contract holders there is often situations that will deem a cutomized contractual environment.

    HOW TO USE RMTC TROUBLE REPORTING PROGRAM

    At RMTC we utilize several forms of reporting. All customers can dial 4037624441 when menu answers you can listen to message which explains how to leave a message by pressing the # key to skip message and leave a voice message which should contain users name, company telephone number for contact and the trouble, add, move or change.  If this is an urgent trouble or issue then please at the end of the message press #701 and it will be delivered to our on call technician immediately and we will be dispatched or a call back within 30 minutes.

    We have also implemented an email reporting program where as if the trouble , install or add, move,  change you can use the link on the website or email at voice@rmtel.com explaining the situation.
